Refund Policy
If your account has been limited and/or suspended FLFooty reserve the right to deny a refund request. It is the users responsibility to Cancel recurring subscriptions. FLFooty cannot accept liability for renewal payments linked to limited and/or suspended accounts. Cancel your recurring subscription, our systems will be notified of your Cancellation and in turn will terminate your contract with FLFooty.
If you are not satisfied with any FLFooty subscription purchased directly from FLFooty, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase (cover letter from Credit Card provider required).
Any subscription purchased online must be unused to be eligible for a refund.
If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours upon us notifying you. After receiving your refund, you agree to uninstall and/or stop using any FLFooty software product(s) for which you no longer possess a valid subscription for. FLFooty reserves the right to disable any Account, User Level Rights and/or Serial Numbers issued for the refunded subscription.
Our refund policy applies only to software purchased directly from FLFooty. If your subscription was purchased through another 3rd party or reseller, it must be dealt with by that 3rd party or reseller, which may in turn be subject to different return policies.
Where one-off purchases are made for Services or Bundles which are subsequently cancelled by you, no refund is applicable. Where the Services or Bundles are contracted over a period of time, payment is due up to the end of the contract unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.
